Bridgestone hires new motorcycle tire sales representative
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (December 29, 2003) -- Effective January 1, 2004, Brad Henton will begin work as a Sales Account Representative for Bridgestone for the USA & Canadian motorcycle market. For the past three years, Henton has served Bridgestone as a motorcycle sales and race support coordinator at Performance Tire Service Company in Indianapolis, Ind. In his prior position, his primary responsibility was to provide technical support and product to racers that ride exclusively on Bridgestone tires.

"Brad brings a wealth of hands-on experience to this new position," said Bob Graham, Motorcycle Product Manager for Bridgestone. "We are sad to see Brad leave the racing side of our business, but the sales aspect will bring many new challenges, and we are confident that Brad will excel."

Henton will remain based in Indianapolis and report directly to Graham. In his newly created position, Henton will work closely with Bridgestone distributors and dealers to develop new sales through an array of support services, including attendance at trade shows and expos.
