Bridgestone-Shod James Stewart Snares 125 Eastern Region Supercross Title
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (March 15, 2004) -- James Stewart, rolling off his fifth win of the season, literally secured the race for THQ AMA Supercross points and the 125 Eastern Region Supercross title last Saturday in St. Louis. Riding on a Bridgestone-shod Kawasaki KX 125, Stewart has racked up a total of 12 consecutive wins in a streak that began in June of 2003. Touting consistency and the ability to increase his speed while avoiding accidents, Stewart accepted the title at the Edward Jones Dome, sharing the kudos with his Chevy Trucks Kawasaki teammates.

"The Bridgestone brand has become synonymous with off-road success," said Bob Graham, Motorcycle/Kart Product Manager for Bridgestone/Firestone North American Tire, LLC. "We extend our congratulations to James for this well-earned championship and wish him the best in the East West Shootout."
